
Valuations ensure that all parties have up-to-date information regarding the status of the project.
Whilst works are underway, we will visit site to assess progress and determine which works are completed, which are ongoing, and which are yet to commence.

Whilst the majority of potential issues can be dealt with contractually and at pre-start meetings, there can often be surprises during the construction process.
When extra work needs to be undertaken or if variations are required, these costs will need to be dealt with and monitored in accordance with any contracts in force.
For most contractors, it is important to carry out interim valuations and site visits to ensure that vital interim payments are made, and secure business cash flow.
